Random Seville Shots
Doors and doorways. Could spend so much time making a study of these. Sturdy keep out the strangers most of them but beautifully made. And yes not all of these are in Seville.By the Cathedral there was a Christmas market-well about 15 large stalls. Sold everything you could possibly need for you Christmas home nativity scene. Not just your holy family, three kings, assorted angels and livestock. But you could get the inn, the waterfall (who knew there was one) the fields and crops, palm groves, neighbouring shops. The latter were fascinating with the most amazing detail. You could get from tiny objects to almost life size baby Jesus.Saw this when on our way to the Mushroom. Was tempted but need another week before I get the tresses attended to. Think also easier to give complex instructions in English.Food. As someone who loves ham, cheese, sausages and the such like Spain is like heaven. Olive oil. Bread. The sea food I had was great. Fruit -especially citrus. Tomatoes. And then you get into the sweet stuff. Cafe con Leche. Still hadn’t quite got into the swing of the eating hours but with effort and time I’m sure I could do it.
